Do I need a credit card to start?
No! The Free plan requires zero payment info. Only when you upgrade to Pro or Team will we ask for payment details.
What counts as a "report"?
One report = one inspection job. You can upload multiple photos per report. Free plan includes 3 reports per month, which resets on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period — no partial refunds needed because we offer a 7-day trial first.
What AI model powers the analysis?
InspectAI uses Qwen VL (Vision Language) from Alibaba Cloud — one of the top-performing vision models for identifying structural and cosmetic defects in property photos.
Is my inspection data private?
Yes. Your reports are stored locally on your device (IndexedDB). We do not store inspection photos or reports on our servers. Cloud sync is an upcoming Pro feature and will be opt-in.
Do you offer discounts for new inspectors?
Yes — we offer a 50% discount for your first 3 months if you're just getting your license. Email us at hello@inspectai.cc with proof of certification.
